Your 2025 Chapter Officers
President - Tara Hranowski, CPC, CPB
I have over 15 years of experience in the medical field, spanning revenue cycle management, practice management, billing and coding, and direct patient care. My medical specialties include pediatrics, medication assisted substance use disorder treatment, mental health, and behavioral health. Currently, I am the Revenue Cycle Director at New Season Treatment Centers, serving over 30,000 patients in 86 facilities across 20 states.
In my personal time, I engage in civic and social activities that align with my values and goals; such as voter registration, advocacy, and community service. I also enjoy mentoring women to encourage and empower them to become leaders in the workplace.
I'm passionate about learning and work ethic, and I continuously seek to improve my skills and knowledge in the healthcare industry. I'm thrilled to serve my first term as president and look forward to engaging our members in new and exciting ways!

I bring 18 years of experience in the medical field dealing in revenue management, coding, billing, contracting, credentialing, and practice management. I am finishing my coding and billing classes through the AAPC program to earn my CPC and CPB certification.
My area of expertise is in dental, maxillofacial surgery, oral surgery, SUD, MAT, behavioral health, and mental health fields. I am always working to expand my knowledge based around the healthcare industry.
When I am not learning something new for work, I am being taught current trends and TikTok moves from my kids. I also keep busy with my Labrador retrievers and the puppies we breed. Never a dull moment in our house.
I am a new member to the AAPC and am excited to serve, network, and learn from others in the health industry.

I am the Director of Managed Care at New Season based in Maitland, Florida. I lead the team that obtains third party insurance contracts to benefit patient census nationally, and co-manages the Credentialing team that is responsible for enrolling providers in health plans. I also oversee the team that submits billing for all grant and jail agreements. I have extensive experience in contract negotiation and contract loading to ensure that the correct coding is in place for the company EHR to ensure clean claim submission. I started with New Season in August 2019 in the position of implementing Medicare benefits for the treatment centers nationwide, and prior to becoming the Director of Managed Care, I held the position of Director of Revenue Cycle.
Prior to starting with New Season, I worked at a locum tenens agency in Dallas, Texas, and was the Manager of the Privileging department that worked to obtain hospital privileges for providers to work temporary assignments, and was the Risk Manager for the company that conducted quality review of the medical providers work history and licensure to ensure that they could be covered by the company's malpractice policy.
I am very excited to be the AAPC Orlando chapter Member Engagement Officer for 2024! I am looking forward to welcoming our new members to the chapter, as well as networking with our current members.
